Fall Family Mini Sessions
Booking Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Forest City Studio. Please review the following terms before booking your photography session.
1. Session Packages
Fall Family Mini Sessions are offered in three packages:
Mini | $99: 15-minute session with 2 professionally finished digital images.
Standard | $149: 25-minute session with 5 professionally finished digital images.
Full Mini | $199: 45-minute session with 10 professionally finished digital images.
Additional finished images may be purchased separately. RAW files and unedited images are not included.
2. Payment and Reservations
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
All client-initiated cancellations, missed appointments, and unused sessions are nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by law or provided in these terms.
Your payment reserves a specific appointment time that is removed from availability for other customers.
3. Rescheduling Policy
Each booking includes one complimentary reschedule, provided the client requests the change at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Clients are responsible for initiating and completing their own rescheduling through the online booking system.
Forest City Studio is not responsible for selecting a replacement date or arranging a new appointment on the client's behalf.
A second reschedule, when approved, requires an additional fee equal to 20% of the original session price.
Rescheduling is subject to appointment availability. Requests made less than 12 hours before the appointment are not eligible for complimentary rescheduling.
4. Six-Month Expiration
All rescheduled appointments must be completed within six months of the original appointment date.
Bookings that are not used within this period expire. Expired bookings do not qualify for refunds or credit toward future sessions.
5. Late Arrivals and Missed Appointments
Clients should arrive on time and ready to be photographed.
Late arrivals may result in reduced photography time. Sessions cannot be extended beyond their scheduled end time.
Clients who do not attend their appointments without an approved reschedule forfeit their booking payment.
6. Weather and Studio-Initiated Changes
Outdoor sessions may be postponed because of unsafe weather or other circumstances outside Forest City Studio's reasonable control.
If Forest City Studio initiates a postponement, the client will be offered an alternative appointment without an additional rescheduling fee. Studio-initiated changes do not count toward the client's complimentary reschedule.
If Forest City Studio cannot provide the booked session or a mutually acceptable replacement, the client will receive a refund for the session not provided.
7. Image Selection and Delivery
Each package includes the stated number of professionally finished digital images.
Forest City Studio will provide instructions for reviewing and selecting images following the session.
Additional images may be available for purchase at separately quoted prices.
Final delivery timing depends on image selections and editing requirements. Forest City Studio will communicate the anticipated delivery schedule.
8. Artistic Style and Editing
By booking, clients acknowledge familiarity with Forest City Studio's photographic style.
The studio retains creative discretion regarding lighting, composition, posing, image selection, and professional finishing.
Specific poses or photographs cannot be guaranteed, particularly when working with young children or circumstances beyond the photographer's control.
9. Copyright and Personal Usage
Forest City Studio retains copyright ownership of its photographs.
Clients receive permission to use their purchased, finished images for personal purposes, including personal printing, sharing, and holiday cards.
Commercial advertising, resale, and third-party business use require separate written authorization.
Forest City Studio will obtain separate permission before using identifiable client portraits for studio advertising or promotional purposes.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a booking and selecting the required agreement checkbox, the client confirms that they have reviewed and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
These terms are subject to applicable consumer protection laws and do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
